    I have no doubt that this could be done, but the cost would simply be too great. Plant a tree, and capture the CO2 in wood instead of coal...it is much cheaper.:)

    Although making coal out of CO2 would be too expensive, maybe they can just figure out a way to reduce the percentage of it in the air. It's interesting.

    I doubt there's an actual problem with the percentage of CO2 in the air. That's a scam.

    It's already being done by several small-scale pilot plants, one being a Canadian firm, "Carbon Engineering Corp." Their plan is to produce gasoline, jet-fuel, or heating oil using CO2 extracted from the atmosphere.

    CO2 if there is to much of what plants need to survive should be a good thing.
