This is such a good story. I love how the dog and fawn interact. Someone here in my neighborhood had a deer that wouldn't leave, so they ended up just leaving it in their yard. Everyone would bring their kids and grandkids to visit, but someone turned them in, and the game wardens took the deer and set it free. I haven't heard an update, but it's probably back in their yard. The deer here are from one herd that the original family that had the ranch on which the neighborhood was formed, and they seem pretty tame.

Back to the story at hand. I saw this earlier and had to share. I haven't watched the entire video, but hope to later, once I've finished all of my work and can relax. Here's the video.

I watched the whole video…incredible. Now I want a Burnese mountain dog……and a little lost fawn with a broken leg. So sweet. Isn't it amazing that the leg healed? I mean you have to quickly make a cast before it has time to heal crooked. The whole story is a miracle.
