Remember the issue? Diesel powered vehicles certified by VW to meet emission standards, were sold to the public in violation of emissions laws. VW claims to have made necessary repairs to untold thousands of vehicles. Were they really fixed? Interesting unintended consequence of storing vehicles awaiting repair:
