No...although I had a double herniated lumber disc problem which I've had surgery performed on 3 times..I don't use an orthopaedic bed, my consultant told me no to... I had a sprung..memory bed..(not memory foam) but sprung memory , medium firm... I've had it for about 10 years, and it's still like new Do you wear chunky jewellery?

yes I have been to the Empire state building in New York and on top of the Sears building in Chicago,Illinois . scary there too ,, it was very pretty to look out side but it was a very scary feeling too..i don't care much for hights... have you ever gone hiking in the mountains?

very pretty views and its called sandstone mtns. most of our mountains here are all forest.. only in Maine we had some very rocky mountains.. I would love to visit ...but those HUGE sand stone rocks scare the bejeebers out of me. one little slip on those rocks and you will have some damage .. lol...Oweee!! Although I have a calendar on my phone that's synched with a calendar on my laptop I still keep a paper to-do list on the dining room table. Hope that answers your question. Same question...
