New York governor, Hochul, has filed an appeal in her quarantine camp lawsuit; so the possibility of her being able to construct them is still a concern. Here is what her proposed regulation says: The Regulation: For anyone unfamiliar with this regulation, it allowed the Department of Health to pick and choose which New Yorkers they could lock up or lock down, with no proof that you were ever even exposed to, let alone actually sick with, a communicable disease. They could have locked you down in your home, or they could have removed you from your home and forced you to quarantine in a facility of theirchoosing. The regulation was taken to court against her, and won, but now she is trying to get it overturned on appeal. Should she win this, it would open it up for other states to follow suit and build these camps anywhere in the United States. I think only those in "The City" and surrounding areas are okay with it. Many of those in New York City are numb and just do what they are told.
I can't imagine that anyone would be OK with being dragged from their home and placed in a concentration camp. (And yes, I meant "concentration".) What the hell is wrong with people?
First thing I thought when I read it. Get this, “There was a laundry list of “communicable diseases” that could have triggered this nightmare loss of freedom – diseases such as Lyme, Toxic Shock Syndrome, COVID19 and so many others.” Lyme disease and toxic shock are NOT communicable diseases. This is a thinly veiled attempt to be legitimize the persecution political enemies.
I hope that is true. The sheriffs across the nation seem to be united for the most part in not enforcing laws they believe to be unconstitutional.
