    a friend of my has psorias in her hair does any one have this or does anyone know what would be a good shampoo to clear it up--she doesnt want to take any medication for it --she said their are to many side affects

    @Betty Jones there are a number of OTC shampoos that your friend could use (Dermarest is one) that helps address the issues with psoriasis, but a dermatologist might be able to get her a lotion or cream that would help.

    Has your friend tried Enstilar Foam.?

    a friend of mine has horrendous Psoriasis all over his body as well as his scalp, and after trying Coal tar based products this is the only thing he's found that gave him relief!!

    The corticosteroid in Enstilar would help the itching for sure. It appears to be intended for plaque psoriasis but should work even better for other forms of the disease. I think it is a prescription here, though.
