Bill, send me the rest of that cake. I'll take care of it for you. I weighed this morning and I have lost nine of the ten pounds I gained in the last year. I'm trying the low carb food plan. I won't call it a diet because if I do, the first thing that happens is that I will be hungry all the time. I would like to lose ten more to go with that ten. I have also started working out with my hand weights and elastic bands again. I had gotten slack at doing that. It's an easy habit to get out of.
