Cody...please don't think I'm annoyed I'm not but in print it will come across like I am... but how man times do you need to be told by us women that your wife is not unique...there are millions of women who can shoot, fish, sail, and lots of other so called male orientated things..as WELL as all the so called 'female things'' at the same time.
Listen ladies, we can’t help our area isn’t in any of the Rocky Mountain States where we’ve actually seen women doing this stuff. But, even there, we didn’t see any 69 year old women doing this stuff. My wife will be that age and still clobbering a target with bullets.
I don't know why you're so hung up on only in the Rocky Mountain States do you see women doing this stuff. There's a shooting range not that far from my house.
We know this, but women don’t do all of that stuff here where we live, so she is unique here......especially at her age! And, so far I’ve only heard from you two, no other ladies have commented.
We're all in our 60's Cody , and still doing those things. ..and I don't live in the states much less any rocky mountain area... What we're trying to say to you... you're wife is Unique in your area, but not in the greater world...
I’ll wait to hear from other ladies in this forum. I have no doubt that some others will acknowledge how different she is. We don’t play golf, but she sure knows it. She knows NFL inside out. I could go on, but won’t.
She is almost 70! That can be old for what she does. Why do so many women, when shown the picture of her shooting her 9mm, get shocked and then say, “you go girl”. That right there tells me she is unique for her age here where we live.
There's not a lot of women posting on this forum Cody...go to a much larger forum and see if you get people thinking your wife is unique...
I totally get it....I’m proud of my wife, at her age, for what she knows and does. Obviously, not every woman in America would like or does what she does. To me, and some men and women we have talked to here, think she is very unique. The things she does are simply not common for a woman to do here. The amount of ladies, dang near none, that go to our range here proves that.
Just to let you know, Holly, there are members on this forum that aren’t even 60 yet. Just had a new female member join that is 51. Don’t have to hear from just the ladies on here, there are those men members that can comment about their wife.
Well, to say the least, that was an interesting conversation between Holly, Chrissy and myself. Yep, very interesting.
I'm willing to bet that Florida is jam packed with senior women golfers. I see lots on the golf courses in California....
I’m sure there are Senior ladies that play golf and know it. Actually, if they play it, they’d better know it. My wife, like myself, have never played, but still know how it’s played and golf terminology. That’s pretty dang good.
