    We plan to do one more apartment lease here and then move. To where, not sure, but it will still be here in northern Colorado or possibly (big word "possibly") in central or southern Wyoming. This will have to be our final move, no question about it.

    Where we currently live, the city is simply too liberal for us. It's really approaching an "anything goes" attitude, even though many of the Seniors who've live here for years, don't like that. There is no Strip Club, or Gay Pride Parade, but we are really afraid that sooner or later they will be here.

    Have you ever lived somewhere where you decided, "had enough" or "gotta move" in your mind and did it? That's what was in our minds, "gotta move" and "had enough" after being in Jacksonville, Florida for 10 1/2 years.

    Cody, how long is the lease for? is there a small town or village that will have things that an elderly couple will need? Nearby shopping? Medical treatment? I think you would be far happier in a small town or village.

    Our lease is for a year. It's a must that we live in a small city or town that has apartments to rent. Actually, where we live now would be considered a "small town" compared to where we use to live (Jacksonville, Florida). Jacksonville's population is 982,000 whereas where we live now is 78,000. But, the 78,000 here is in a fairly compact area, so it appears that many more people live here.

    We will find somewhere, but hopefully not nearly as liberal as here.

    @Cody Fousnaugh

    When you finally left Florida, it sounded as though you had settled on a final "Utopia". Now it seems that beckoning Province has also failed you. 2 out of 3 "ain't bad"?

    The larger the city, the more liberal people are likely to be, and the more people there will be who will make you feel uncomfortable. I don't know about Colorado, but I live in a town of only a couple of thousand people, yet we have from 8-10 apartment buildings catering to seniors. Most of them are on the same street.
