Anyone who is watching the last debate should feel free to comment here during the debate, as I will be. By the way, Obama's half-brother Malik is going to be at the debate as Trump's guest. He is quoted as saying that he will be voting for Trump because Trump can make America great again.
That should be interesting but I won't be watching, they stress me out too much. It will be a moderator from Fox this time, right?
Yeah. Fox was pretty rough on Trump during the debate the Megyn Kelly moderated, but this time it will be Chris Wallace, so I don't know what to expect.
The news analysis is what they would have like it to have been rather than what it was. Even people who are for Hillary will admit that Trump kicked her butt at the last debate if they actually watched it, but you wouldn't know that from the news. In fact, one of the networks commented about how it's probably too late for Trump to win a debate since he has been the loser of both debates so far.
The news media absolutely refuses to acknowledge any polls or information releases that favor Trump rather than Hillary.
Okay, the point of this, if you are both here and watching the debate, is that I encourage you to comment on things as they happen. It can be fun when at least a few people are participating.
I will be watching the debate on CBS -- not because I prefer CBS, but because it seems to be the one that I can connect to the easiest. Already, the CBS News host began with an attack on Donald Trump. These people are wholly incapable and completely uninterested in being non-partisan. They are a part of the Hillary campaign, and nothing else.
The first question seems to be a draw, as far as presentation goes. Of course, I agree more with Trump on the issue.
No, Hillary you clearly don't support the 2nd Amendment. You always demonstrate your non-support of the 2nd Amendment by following that statement with a but.
Trump's position on the 2nd Amendment is clearly stated, while Hillary wants people to believe she will honor the 2nd Amendment while actually acting to disable it. Hillary, the Heller decision was not about toddlers. But Trump doesn't seem to know that.
Chris Wallace is trying to make it sound like Trump is stating a position to ban abortion at the federal level even while he is trying to make it clear that he believes it is a matter best left to the states, as the Constitution states. On that issue, it all depends on whether this is a top issue for you. No one I have spoken to who is pro-life expects Trump to ban abortions at the federal level. Like Social Security, abortion is a topic that is used to divide during an election, then set aside after the election. Stating a strong pro-choice position will get the votes from a percentage of the population, while a strong pro-life position will get perhaps an equal number of votes from another percentage of the population so, as an election issue, it's a time waster.
Immigration should be Trump's major issue. A vast majority of the population is with him on this issue. If he can state his position well, he will gain more people than he will lose. Trump didn't falter, but he could have state a clearer case for immigration, given that it's one of his strongest issues.
