You are right, but presidential is more of an adjective since our usage of that word is usually the term presidential material or presidential election. With presidentiable, it is a noun that means someone who is capable of being a presidential candidate. Filipinos are good in coining words and also in giving words another meaning. Would you believe that the more popular meaning of salvage is not to save but to eliminate as in a rubout? So when someone tells you that you can easily be salvaged, that's not a good joke.

I think that 'nonebrity' surfaced as a result of the proliferation of so-called reality shows on television. Quite how they are realistic, I know not.
