Cajun food. It is awesome. Haven't sucked any heads off of crawdad's, yet. And probably never will. But the rest of the cuisine? VERY YUMMY.
@Janice Martin "Maybe because liver is disgusting?" It IS! Truly! However, have you ever observed the severing of an animal for consumption? Far more unnerving than the sight of liver, IMO. I personally had a rough time acclimating to the fact that, when we were forced to live in the mountains of AZ after losing our jobs, that I would be charged with the responsibility of killing and dismembering our rabbits for food. It's not just recently but I can say that something new which I tried and caught my fancy is the computer game Candy Crush. When I am in line for waiting like a long queue in the bank or supermarket, I get my phone and fight boredom with Candy Crush. But admittedly, I only play that game during waiting time or when I have nothing better to do. In our recent trip to Hongkong, the hotel accommodation included free breakfast. For a long time, I again tasted canned peach slices. It is so good that I came back twice to the buffet table. On the next day, you can guess that my target is the sliced peaches. Back home, we will go to the supermarket tonight for our regular grocery shopping and canned peaches is tops on my list.
