That's the OXO 11-lb max unit. It was obscenely overpriced but I had some rewards $$ to waste. My old scale was purchased in 2008 so it was getting iffy.

Yeh, I think it was cost that's kept me from pulling the trigger. I limp along fine with my cheap Taylor.

I've turned into one of those cheap old people who gestures wildly and gripes about how much cheaper things were "back in my day."

I have a Dynatrap to catch mosquitoes. About 2 weeks ago I purchased 2 new bulbs for it. Before replacing the bulb I plug it in and found the fan isn't working, after disassembly and oiling the fan It didn't work. I was not able to find a replacement fan assembly, at least not yet. So I ordered a Bell and Howell mosquito trap.

    A 20" x 20" x 4" chunk of extra firm latex. (To make a seat cushion.)

Cheap (relatively speaking) replacement fridge for the garage.

Nice!!! What's the difference between a garage ready refrigerator and a standard refrigerator? Maybe it handles the temperature difference better in an unheated garage?

    I check on line:
To prevent problems, buy a garage-ready fridge that can function efficiently when it gets bitterly cold and also stiflingly hot in your garage. A refrigerator designed to run in a garage has better insulation and components that can handle temperature changes.

Yes, "so they say." We have had only regular refrigerators in our garage for over 30 years with no problems. I'm thinking "garage-ready" is just another gimmick but our garage is attached and doesn't have severe temperature extremes. (2 walls and ceiling surrounded by the house.)

I ordered from eBay a 100 CD sleeves made out of plastic. I found while cleaning up a book of CD's that I made, Some are family photos, some music. The book is in terrible shape, so I can put the CD's in these sleeves until I see there. good.
