A slice of buttered bread, if dropped, will land on the floor buttered side down.

The socket you're using, if dropped, will roll under to the exact center of the car.

    There are more.....

When my wife and I are taking our usual evening walk on an isolated, narrow road near us, there seems to always be two cars coming toward us from opposite directions.
9 out of 10 times, they will pass each other exactly where we are and so we have to cross a ditch into someone's yard until they pass each other.

A co-worker arriving at work one morning, walked up to her office door while "juggling" her keys, purse, umbrella, briefcase, etc. Before she could get her office door key into the lock, she dropped the ring of keys, the ring split open, and one and only one key slid under the locked office door. Guess which one.
