It's a drama that was released on 1957. It's in black & white, it takes place in a single room, it has no physical action, no musical sound track, but has some of the most argumentative dialogue ever delivered in a movie. It features Henry Fonda, Lee J. Cobb, E. G. Marshall, Jack Warden, and 8 other actors. The title is 12 Angry Men. Watch It online! Hal
It's been a long time, but I have seen it. I don't remember much about it, except that it was based on a jury deliberation, and I know that I liked it. I might watch it again.
If there were women on the Jury, their deliberations would have taken a completely different course, and the film could never have been made. Hal
Being selected as a Juror does not involve employment! The District Attorney and the Defense Attorney determine how the Jury is to be made up, according to the crime. Hal
One of my all time favorites. When Henry Fonda set out to bring this to the screen, he wanted Sidney Lumet to Direct it. Sidney Directed three movies I really enjoy, " Network" and "The Verdict", and "Failsafe". If you like Fonda and Black and white movies, you can't pass up "Failsafe".
12 Angry Men is an all time favourite, seen many times and will again Lee J Cobb brought tears to my eyes - outstanding performance !
