Join me in this test if you have health issues. Take your blood pressure. Then watch 1 hour of prime time “news” from mainstream media. Take your pressure again. My test before -108 over 61; heartbeat - 69. My test after - 158 over 75; heartbeat - 90. Heartbeat verified by a pulse oximeter.

Five minutes later, pray to God for ten minutes. Test again. My results 110 over 66 with heartbeat of 68. God does heal if you can wean yourself from the propaganda box. Let us hear your test results. Maybe the real scientists will do such a study without the support of big Pharma?

No health research is done in the U.S. without the support of Big Pharma. You can try China or Japan. Europe is a mix.

Yes watching the news ,even a baseball game or a movie can up the BP.
Once program is over, or you turn off your BP should go down.

Yes, God does heal and on that itself, we agree.
But, any kind of stress will increase one’s blood pressure and heartbeat and during that stressful situation if one turns off and simply relaxes and take a few deep breaths, God has built into our chemistry the tools it takes to calm down.

All that said, if the news causes some anxiety then we agree again, turn it off and do something pleasurable like prayer or perhaps even having a nice slice of cheesecake.

Like the cheesecake idea, but to wade through the news and calm down with a treat all the time, I would be the size of a Brontosaurus.
