This is a thread where we can share food ideas for meals and snacks. It can be a recipe or just pics for bragging, hahahaaa.

My first salvo is our dinner last night. It is called TINOLA.

The ingredients are: pork ribs, ginger, onion, garlic, papaya, pepper leaves or moringa, fish sauce or salt.
Procedure: Sautee the crushed garlic, when brown, add the crushed ginger and sliced onions. Add 3 tablespoon of fish sauce of the equivalent salt. Fry for 2 minutes before adding the pork ribs. Fry until there are no more reddish color in the ribs before adding water, just enough for the soup. Boil until the pork is tender then add the sliced papaya. After 3 or 4 minutes of boiling, add the leaves - can be moringa if you wish or pepper leaves.

    Serve with steamed rice.
