Massive Storms Hit California

During the last several weeks a series of storms have hit California, but nothing like the last 2 days.
Locally, on Mt Laguna, had 11.25 inches of rain.
Streets are flooded, trees toppled, widespread electric is out, streams are overflowing their banks cars are being washed away and the news said that reservoirs are at an historic high.
Some houses have been washed off their foundations.

 

And yet some still have the center of California in a drought.

 

Sounds like a typical week in Houston.

 

Floods, drought, wildfires, and earthquakes, yet Califonia has an increasing number of street folks that enjoy the greater outdoors and all it has to offer.
