This is a simple recipe, and made it in a few minutes in the microwave. I think that I would like one without the peanut butter powder, but even so, this was a good snack, with hardly and carbs, and lots of nutrition. I frosted mine with some cream cheese, softened a bit, and added a dab of s/f syrup and Splenda to sweeten the frosting. Here is a link to the recipe and a picture of how mine turned out. I made it in a square microwave container and not a mug. I considered this as 2 servings, and shared it with Bobby.
