    So you're saying that the generous retirement plan is pretty much a low risk thing ;)

    Actually, that's an interesting point regarding a representative/parlimentary form of government. Power is dispersed, so there is no "seat of power" to be obtained via murder, nor is there a single point of failure in the system.

    I recall back in the '60s that some heroic RAF crewmen returned their Air Medals to the Queen after she awarded the same medals to the Beatles.

    After defeating Hitler's Luftwaffe in the Battle of Britain, they felt that such heroic decorations should not be awarded to members of a Rock Band.
