Already have that in Boston. It's called a Straight Pride Parade. I done a thread about the problems the GLBTQ organization is having with this parade, because it will follow the same route the Gay Parade does there.
Can't stand 'pride marches' full of exhibitionists Be proud by all means - but be dignified about it too
You get out there with your new 3-wheeler trike and your straight-pride flag and ride down the street, @Hal Pollner , and the rest of us (at least those who have Smart Phones) will come along and take pictures and post them to Facebook ! ! You can show the whole world what you think.
Since I passed a certain age and developed a bit of maturity, I never thought it valuable to advertise what I do with my very personal genitalia. There are far greater things in life than the perusal of everyone’s sexuality and to do what? Perhaps to compare it to mine? Absurd! What I have and who I am is just fine with me and what I do with about 1% of my body mass is no one’s business with the exception of course, my wife. I take pride in my successes and take pride in my survival throughout my failures but other than the fact that those endeavors were rightly or wrongly completed by myself, a gentleman, there is no room to focus on the sexuality of that same gentleman. It is said that a healthy person only uses about 10% of our brain’s capacity. It’s a shame to use up so much just to show everyone else what kind of sex one has and how one defines themselves in a sexual context. I’m a man. No need for a parade cause everyone around me knows I am a man.
I was using comparative analytics but if you insist on the #2 thing, then since the human brain only averages in at about 3 pounds, it tells my why your lower anatomy occupies so much thought. By the bye, you should know as an astronomer that mass isn’t necessarily referred to in terms of weight.
What do you think is the likelihood that @Hal Pollner would actually do something himself, Patsy ? His thread was aimed at what he thinks everyone else should do, more than what he intends to do, I do believe. Hence my chuckle and friendly banter of a response.
You are right, Brother Bobby...Mass is not weight per se...it is Mass under the influence of Gravity. Where there is no Gravity, there is no Weight, but there is always Inertia, which is the resistance to accelleration due to the presence of Mass, or Matter. Hal ( I know that you, Frank and a few others know what I'm talking about.....)
Yvonne hit the Nail on the Head...its what I think others should do, rather than myself! Hey, Dude...I can dig it! HA HA! Harry
