I consider this a cake, really. Since we have quite a few tea drinkers here, I thought I'd post this recipe. I've made it several times, and will probably make it again soon. It is delicious. It's not overly sweet, and if you wanted it even less sweet, you could always leave off the icing.
Diane, I've got to make this cake! It looks so good, and very easy to make. I enjoy baking, but I don't have much time at all to spend on it. When I find a recipe that looks this good, I can't resist it. I'm going to make several at once. Thanks for the link!
