Your body has two phases, one is fight or flight and the other is calm and relaxed. In the fight or flight stage, your body tenses and gets ready for some sort of action. By shutting down the immune system, sending blood to the organs and muscles. The second stages is when your body is calm and relaxed, this is when the immune system and the repair system goes into action. Increasing the defense system in your blood to fight disease and repair parts of your body which may have been injured. Example: If you had a disease, like a cold, flu, diabetes, or any other and a lion walks in thru your front door. Would your body be worried about the disease or would it be concerned with the pending danger? Most medical doctors will tell you when you are sick, take it easy or even go to bed. They know how your system works and when it is helpful to rest. Society is not very good at keeping you healthy, as they want you worried about paying your bills or the next virus that is headed you way. Society is full of these little traps put out for you, like the media has divided you into segments: Race, Religion, Class, Political Affiliation, Gender, and the world climate disaster, all to keep you in that fight or flight point of view. Think of the multibillion/trillion dollar business treating your ailments. They do not want you healthy, it is bad for business. Knowledge is power more you understand the healthier you will be.
