I try not to wear the same thing for two days in a row. Going from wearing a Terry Cloth Robe To Sweat Pants and Sweat Shirt changes my mood for the day. It seems to break the mononotony.
No, I can't say that changing clothes changes my mood. I change my clothes daily but mostly wear the same type of thing... shorts and a pull-over top. I very seldom stay in PJs or lounging stuff all day unless I'm not feeling well.
It's 72 degrees (F) right now. Of course the high on Thursday will be 40, so I'll have to put socks on.
"Does Changing Clothes During Covid Change Your Mood?" Yes. Changing Clothes any time may change your mood. Awake or asleep. But covid? Best to ignore it. Laugh at it. "How Fabric Effects the Electricity of the Body, Sleep ... https://www.woolsleepingbag.com/how-fabric-effects-the-electricity-of-the-body/ The nervous system is another set of electrical circuits. The two combine to create varying electrical potentials that can easily be measured. This electrical potential is altered by the influence of different types of clothing. Yes and no, that is a tough question, Alonzo. I get up early and wear leggings and a sports bra for my workout, eating breakfast, and putter around doing morning chores dress in said attire. Then I put on my mom's jeans and long sleeve tee top and that is it. I have never worn night clothes after getting up. Tomorrow I go to have my gums checked for grafting. I will dress up a bit in a pencil skirt and sweater top with my heel booties, but I am afraid any enhancement of mood will be short-lived when they give me the cost. Hopefully, it will be covered as medical. It may not happen till next spring with the impending 100 days lockdown. My walks seem to be my best mood changer. I am not sure just changing clothes affects my mood during these covid times, but gargling and swallowing a shot of fine Spanish brandy seems to brighten my day and kill any virus fears and sometimes I put on my winter long sleeve fitted pencil dress, and that all seems to change my mood.
I will after tomorrow and we best have a separate thread for it. I will be asking a lot of questions as I don't know much except they told me last year that I would need it if my implants became more uncovered by my gums. Let you know when I know more ...
Two showers a day? Seriously? Back in my early working day I had some filthy jobs that required multiple showers, but not in many years. One a day is fine for me. I change my drawers and shirt every day, but my pants, jeans mostly will go a few.
I can understand the two showers. I do it regularly and sometimes three. I do it just to freshen up. I love water.
