Spent most the day barefoot walking around holy ruins and climbing a holy mountain, I feel a bit like a holy man myself now

The mountain was crowded because it's a religious festival today.

I climbed to the top which was surprisingly easy as your bare feet clung to the rock better than shoes would have, there weren't really any steps, just cuts in the rock face.

The top section of the mountain

Yes Chrissy I surprise myself at times being such an ancient relic myself. Lisa didn't attempt it mainly because of her vertigo, but I have no fear of heights and I pulled myself up by the handrail for most of the vertical part, it was honestly a lot easier than it looks, and the views were breathtaking.

From the looks of things, you are far from that! You are lucky not to have been a smoker like me. :(

Although I quit 8-9 yrs ago, the damage is done.

Yes I do feel for smokers it's evidently an extremely difficult addiction to break, luckily I never got past the coughing and spluttering stage when I tried it as a teenager.
The downside is I can't smoke weed as I just cough lol

I don't smoke weed anyway, I'm not against it just tried it once when I was about 23 and I really freaked out.

I would also never try LSD or any hallucinogenic....I have to be in control of my surroundings.

I would use medical marijuana if I needed it for pain but in pill or food form.

You can eat it though, Terry! "Wink" :)

Just had lunch after this mornings elephant ride, we are going to the National Park to see the elephants in the will a bit later this afternoon.
A few photos of Lisa on the elephant I didn't go as I have been on one before.
