and getting through the rest of her Julesburg Mysteries. I get a kick out of these as she is an Oregonian, like me(even though I have moved to Northern CA, at least for the time being;)

Julesburg is a fictional town, but by her description, I can guess which one she is using, I think;) I love reading light, cozy mysteries. They are usually on the order of Murder She Wrote (Donald Bain). They aren't blood and guts, and fun for me:) These types help me fall asleep. I don't like romances as they just make me feel sad that I am older. Maybe some folks still have romance in their life, but I am pretty much set on staying single for the rest of my days:)

I only read at night before bed. And I spend most of my day outdoors, weather permitting;)

Angela M. Sanders is another of my faves, as well as Sue Henry (who doesn't seem to be writing any longer:( Darn:(
