I have read studies that show that during the "testosterone bath" of the first or second trimester, some women have trouble manufacturing enough testosterone in utero to complete the biological transition from female to male. It has not been firmly linked to any physical or psychological disorder that I know of. Some people think it may be linked to homosexuality or gender disorder, but no such transition occurs in females. I like this video and agree with it wholeheartedly.

As a Christian I believe there are only the two genders God created...male and female. Also as a Christian I realize that satan and his evil exists in this World and I do believe all the gender confusion, etc. is his handiwork and deceptions.

There are two genders but sexual identification is something else. I also don't believe in Satan so it's not his doing if someone prefers the same sex for example....it's in the brain.

If a man can't physically get exited for a female and only for another male...it's not his fault.

Ive seen this in my best childhood friend ..even at 10 she looked and acted like a boy and on,y liked boy things.

At that time we probably didn't even know about homosexuality. But I felt the difference in her.

She even tried to deny it...got married but got divorced soon after and came out as a lesbian.

She was raised exactly the same as her sister and all of us in the neighborhood yet she was different.

I don't want to use this as an example but did @Ken Anderson's step daughter have Satan in her??

What Ive heard she was an outstanding person.

This thread really has to do with genders rather than sexual preferences, and largely with the new idea that there are dozens of genders that are hard-wired into a person. They are really two separate issues, as lesbians don't generally believe that they are men; they just prefer having sex with other women. Yet we now have states that will not be identifying babies as either male or female, leaving that up to them to decide.

Maybe it would be easier to call it gender X and gender Y...still only means 2 genders.

    It's just words.

Where is says sex on birth certificate put X. Doesn't really change any facts. Identify with chromosomes and not words...can't argue that.

    Make it like algebra...x + y = a straight couple

    X + x = homosexual couple.

    And so on....

The fact is the world is changing wether we like it or not. It may just be a phase...we go through phases at times and then something happens and it's back to where it was or even worse maybe.

Yes, this World is getting crazier all the time...but that doesn't mean we have to buy into that craziness.

And all this gender stuff is pure craziness in my opinion.

Still those abnormalities fall within male and female gender whether in a combination of those genders or not.

These other genders the World is coming up with are choices that some people are making...but it does not change the fact that if they were tested they would be found to be either of the male or female gender....unless they were born with an abnormality of both male and female gender.

True...that's why just say X or Y at birth....doesn't change things.

But I think there are some abnormalities even with xx/xy

Well I'm sure not going to change babies at birth into X and Y's. They are not an algebra formula...they are boy babies or girl babies...and just because someone decides to call their gender something else....I'm not going to.

Nobody said you have to. It's really the same thing, just different words that mean the same.

Also, things change...sometimes slowly but they change..maybe this is a period of big changes...seems that way.

Look at the Bible....they all had numerous wives and it was ok. That changed except for mormons.

Actually on my daughter's birth certificate it said she was male..we didn't catch that mistake for a very long time.

It wasn't until she needed it for something that we saw it. She got it changed without any problems.

    This happened in Chicago.

I had forgotten all about that until now...I'll have to ask her when it was she that she changed it.

    Do you?

By the way, I'm just a bad Catholic...still the majority religion in the US.

I also don't think everyone who calls themselves a Christian really is one...especially when they are so full of hate...just my opinion.

This is a really rude and cruel statement, and I am ashamed that you would say something like this to Chrissy , @Cody Fousnaugh .
For one thing, you (or anyone) has no right to judge Chrissy and say whether or not she is a Christian.
Not only that, you are basically telling her to “shut up, because your opinion doesn’t count for anything”, which is nothing less than a personal attack on another forum member.
Being rude is NOT the example that a true Christian is supposed to display, and it is a long way from showing love and compassion for another human being.

That's what it's all about...love and compassion for others. I show that every day in my real life.

I actually do believe what most of you do but I was just trying to show the other side of things today...the more liberal view...they are people too even if we disagree.

PLEASE just "lighten up". It was a joke! Guess you aren't much into humor, are you? Funny, my wife just told me, after I read what you said here...……"don't these people understand humor?"

And, BTW, being "rude" is in the eye of the beholder. But, if you want to say I'm rude......go for it. I've been called much worse than that. Actually, I probably shouldn't tell you just how sarcastic I can get.

My wife absolutely loves the way I am and the jokes I tell.

Well, if the forum is changing to a really serious one...…...I will be "OUTTA HERE", which, I'm sure, wouldn't bother some of you one dang bit. If I left, I could get more important things done during my day. Just saying.

This is what gets me about you, @Cody Fousnaugh

You say you are Christian but you get such delight out of saying that because I'm not wearing cowboy clothes I won't be accepted in small town, Wyoming.

To judge what I'm wearing isn't very Christian in my opinion. That's just one small example and that's why I get on you with your cowboys posts.

    It's the attitude.

I think they would like me a lot...I'm very caring and giving and would try to help anyone that I could.

Sorry...thought I was in the small town post...that's where this belongs.

Attacking any other forum member REPEATEDLY is NOT a joke , and I do not see any humor in what you said, and I haven’t seen anyone else here that is laughing about it either, @Cody Fousnaugh .
You have taken at least three threads off-topic, just to be rude to Chrissy, and I for one, think that she has handled your rudeness very well, and like the kind-hearted lady that she is.
Look back through your list of recent posts on your profile, and you can see that almost all of them were directed at Chrissy, and were not kind and friendly posts.

Then, when you try to say that this is how a Christian thinks and behaves, I am personally offended to be characterized that way, so I do not think that was funny either.
Since your wife is apparently home from work today, maybe you should stick to telling her your jokes and not be hurting people’s feeling here on the forum.

I was being a little provactive today but everybody knows me I hope. I'm just a little less conservative than most on here but I really do identify with all of your views than the far left.
