Hi Dave here , I am trying to get my health together trying to get walking & using my Workout bands, and eating better. I like to drink my pea protein as a great meal replacement! Welcome to the forum, Dave, It's good to have you here with us. This forum is very new, but we're assembling a nice group of people here and it's coming along nicely. At some point, I suppose I'll have to live on what I get from Social Security but, for now, I am supplementing it nicely by working online, so I wouldn't call myself retired. Nor do I expect to be soon, since no one is going to send me a retirement check.
