Yes, it's true, but it has no bearing on our love for one another! Years ago, she became irritated with my continual tossing and turning,"beating her up" as she said. And I became irritated with her constant snoring! So to guarantee a good night's sleep, we have been sleeping in different bedrooms! I have the Master Suite where I enjoy my queen-size bed in silence. She has the Guest Bedroom across the hall, where she enjoys her slumber with her 2 cats and a dog. When we get together in bed, it is definitely NOT for sleeping! Cheers... Hal
My Honey usually falls asleep in his recliner or on the couch as he likes to sleep with the TV on. So technically, he has his own sleeping room too. I sleep in the bedroom with our King size bed and six king size pillows...and my box fan to make the white noise. Usually, a couple of hours before he gets up he will come and get under the covers in our bed...but most of his sleeping is done in our livingroom
TMI...lol Great family pic tho'.... my husband and I have had separate bedrooms for almost our entire married life, even when we're away on holiday we book separate rooms or rental chalet with separate bedrooms . He snores like a train.. I wear earplugs in a room down the hall and still can hear him sometimes..
After my accident, we slept in a downstairs bedroom, as we couldn't climb stairs. After six months recuperation, we moved back upstairs, but I found our mattress terribly uncomfortable with my injury. I suggested that I could move downstairs and she could stay upstairs as she preferred the softer mattress. She wouldn't even entertain the idea, so we bought a new mattress that is a compromise between the two and I stayed upstairs.
