Lon, wife gets her #1 this evening. I'm taking her to the hospital that will give it to here. Will let you know how her body handles it.

As for me, I got a call from local VA and my #1 has been rescheduled to this Saturday, instead of the end of next month. So, I cancelled my Medicare one, scheduled for this Saturday, because the hospital that is giving it, is much further away than the local VA Clinic is.

He has not been online since Saturday, which is not like Lon. However, we did have that forum outage for most of the weekend; so he might just have not discovered that the forum is back online again.
Hoping that we hear from him soon, and that he is doing okay.

I was too, @Shirley Martin ! Ken said it was a server issue, but probably he thinks we have all been bad and was teaching us a lesson, and we were banished all weekend.
Thankfully, we can all come back out of our room now.....

Yes Lon I went to get a cataract fixed just before the covid and then it was delayed and still has not happened. I had to go across the country to find a hospital that will do it but it will take three trips but that is OK.

Well ---There are lots of things here in Assisted Living that are screwed up because of COVID. It's been hard for them to maintain the same level of quality services as before.

Yes. I was supposed to start the process of getting a dental implant last March. Right after the dentist sent my records over to the surgeon they declared Covid-19 lockdown here, and everything like that closed. When they finally opened I didn't feel like risking it at the time.

Not a big deal. It's in the back and doesn't show, but I think sometimes the whole thing would be completely over and done with by now. Might as well wait to get vaccinations now.

A few things have been postponed. We didn't get eye exams last year so we really need to get them this year. Not sure when I will be able to get mine done, though.

We have had some slight inconveniences but not many.
