We had a traditional Thanksgiving dinner yesterday: turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, corn, cranberry sauce, and biscuits, and I might be forgetting something, but I think that's it. Also traditionally, we've been having turkey sandwiches today, along with some of the cranberry sauce that was left over.

Things have finally calmed down around here; daughters and their families have packed up and departed for their respective homes... the silence is deafening. We had Thanksgiving at my MIL's house yesterday with extended family, everyone bringing something for the meal. The only downside to that is that we don't have any leftovers, so I'm picking up a turkey breast tomorrow and making a pan of dressing. (My sister-in-law always makes the dressing and she is not known for culinary skill, so I had no interest in those leftovers, hah.)

I hope all the SoCers had a great holiday.
