Decided for 2017 I should reach out, brush off my social interaction skills and communicate with some "real people". I live with 3 St. Bernard's and a heard of deer. Although my dogs are brilliant their ability to discuss things I'm interested in is rather lacking. My grown children and their families all live in mid and southern California and my closest friends over the years have located all over the states. Email is great to keep in touch but I'm to talky to expect them to be concerned about my flilghts of fantacy or a curious thought that just popped in my head. You all seem like a delightful group of people. . The whole Marifrances name thing is what it is. I usually go by Mf... which stands for my initials not the 70's reference unless you are talking to an X husband. (just kidding?) This form looks quite fun and I hope I can contribute a little something, maybe even a smile sometimes.
@Marifrances Latham What a very nice intro thread! I just caught onto it before retiring for the day. Your Avatar is intriguing! You enjoy walking barefoot in the mud?? Or know someone who does. My wife did. She ventured into our creek in Missouri often, where I dared not tread. FYI, I was personally hesitant about joining, and am a relative newcomer, but knowing now what I didn't know then, I wouldn't have missed it for the World!
