Actually, this woman who I used to know from a chat forum said her husband who was in the early stages of Alzheimers, bless his soul, was once trying to make a phone call using the remote from the television. She said when he actually was using the phone he would just be randomly pushing buttons. I guess it is a good thing, he didn't accidentally call 911.
