Aside from what I consider to be a stupid title, Good Girls Revolt is a pretty good series. It's an Amazon Original series that is a bit like Mad Men, only with young women working for a newspaper, the plot centering around changing times in the late 1960s, when female employees were just beginning to demand the opportunity to actually write for the newspaper rather than simply doing research and clerical work. It's sort of a burning your bra kind of series but I can relate to the time period, the acting is good, and the plot seems to be pretty solid. I'm only on episode two but I think I'm going to like it. I'll draw the line at burning my bra, however. If nothing else, the music is good.
Okay, I've watched the first season, which is all that's out so far. It is a very good show, and I look forward to season 2.
