Last night was interesting on Coast to Coast and to hear Singer on neurotoxins in our foods and other things and then with the Bra world and his books on Get it Off and Dressed to Kill.

All the years I worked first two things to come off my body were my shoes and Bra....

Then in 2010 when I was in hospital for 3 nights with hip replacement, it was heaven not wearing
under garments and when I came home could NOT bind my body with the binding garments...and almost 13 yrs later have stayed unbound by that stuff......

This means that bread, breakfast cereal, cake, cookies, crackers, chips, and all the crunchy, toasted stuff most people love to eat, contain acrylamide. And it also is formed by roasting grains, like coffee and grain-based coffee substitutes. Strangely, due to the way they are processed, California-style black olives, both out of the can and especially after they are cooked, like on a pizza, are very high in acrylamide.
