I have been on a no-rice diet for more than 2 months and my lost poundage is very minimal so I am thinking of going on a fruit and vegetable diet which is more effective. However, the fruit and vegetable diet makes me feel weak and sometimes drowsy as if I really have no energy. With my office work, I need the energy especially when we have the meetings. But with the no-rice diet, I seem to have adapted pretty well and the only downside is the slow development of losing just about 1 pound in a week.
