Finally the FDA is going to ban all trans fats in processed foods and restaurants. They finally admit that trans fats and not saturated fat is the cause of plugged arteries. We now can go back to the butter, bacon, eggs and cheese the things our great grand parents eat before the epidemic of heart disease. Three years ago the told the doctors to get their patents off statin drug and the doctors did not listen so if you expect to hear this from your doctor think again. The scary part is what Monsanto and the food giants got up their sleeves to replace all these oils.

Well, nice to know that that the FDA finally bought a clue on this. The evidence was just staring them in the face for years. We had diets such as the Atkins diet where people could eat dairy that had no issue with people eating foods such as cheese and bacon. But of course the Atkins plan took a whole lot of scrutiny over the years about whether or not it was healthy. Well, now the FDA has finally realized as many of us have known for years saturated fat isn't the culprit its trans fat.

If only food was available without the hundreds of other ingredients (chemicals and biological harmful) in the soil, the food, or the sprays used on the food and plants.

Not only food, but water too.
