Another of my unanswerable, probably, ponderings which popped into my head today. Suppose a retired couple, each receiving retirement income (presumedly S/S benefits accrued from each one's employment history), decide to get legally divorced. What is the likelihood of a Court awarding alimony to either one? Would that possibly be fair? Just wonderin'...........Frank
Frank. it would go by what state you were in. Also it's now called "Spousal Support" and not alimoney.
