I would like to live by one of Ohio's State Parks. We've been to a few and my first choice would be Grand St. Mary's State Park. My fondest memory when we were there fishing. Wasn't having any luck at all. We were so disgusted expressing our disappointment as we watched a gentleman whipping out one after another. As we sat there looking very solemn that man came over and filled our bucket with some of his catch identifying each as we were thanking him profusely. One was crappie and it was delicious.

I remember having crappie growing up and how good it was.

 

Crappie are a really good fish. I have dined on many of them over the years. Them's good eatin'!
