Interesting stuff. We get a couple classic TV channels here and they have saved my mind. There is so little that I wasn't to watch on TV these days, but I can resort to the classics and occasionally PBS during the long cold winter evenings. I used to love "Sergeant Preston of the Yukon" when I was young, but the intro on retrovision says he patrolled the Northwest Territory but he was in the Yukon but the RCMP are sometimes called the Northwest Mounted Police. It was my first introduction to sled dogs, but things got real when I moved up here.

Thenks @Neville Telen. I didn't know there was a Sherlock Holmes TV series. Seems it only lasted one year, 1954. Holmes is played by Ronald Howard, the son of Leslie Howard, of Gone With the Wind fame.

Yep, while I was going through my anxiety with my eyes, I watched The Waltons....I needed comforting shows.

I was looking for Little House on the Prairie but can't find it anywhere online.

The last time I looked, I couldn't either, so I bought DVDs. I have the DVDs for the first few seasons of the Waltons, as well as the post-series movies. I probably won't buy the last few seasons, but maybe I will. I am watching the Waltons on Amazon Prime right now, which is easier. When I first starting watching it, Amazon indicated that only season one was Prime but I am in season two now, and it's still Prime.

    I don't do DVDs.

I watched all the seasons of the Waltons on Amazon Prime.

Too bad. Since ditching Comcast, and throwing my TV antenna in the dumpster, my TV is now only for DVDs. All the TV shows and movies I now watch are off the internet, so I'm always looking for new sites that meet my requirements....no sign-up, no downloading apps, no fees. That eliminates about 80% of the Internet-TV sites I suspect.

Glad its useful. So far the only site I've found that caters to the 'classics', and meets my three requirements. If anyone finds others, maybe add them here, and I will keep looking too. Internet-TV is a joy....if one can find sites that don't try to spam your email, download adware, or get into your wallet.

I don't watch anything online unless I can get it through Roku since I get that through my television. Setting up a third monitor is a pain in the butt.

Maybe a dumb question, but why would you need a third monitor?
