Last summer I had several Tabasco pepper plants in the garden. I picked the ripe ones every now and then and put them in the freezer adding to the containers until frost. Sunday was a cold and rainy day so I decided it was a good day to can them. I got 7 quarts and about a cup left over, I'll be using them to make Tabasco sauce and Tabasco powder as needed. I won't need to grow these in the garden again.
