Obviously this isn't a diet food.

I haven't made them in a while, but wanted to share in case anyone's interested in trying the recipe.

    Candied Pecans

Melt 4 TBSP butter in skillet.
Add 2 cups pecans, toss well.
    Add 3 TBSP brown sugar,
    1 TBSP white sugar,
1tsp cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
Mix well with pecans and butter.
Cook on medium heat, stirring well, about 5 minutes.
Transfer to waxed paper to cool.

Sounds so good and I love candied nuts. Found some candied walnuts at a local supermarket called Times. It's on a shelf way up high and when I go shopping I always have to ask someone to get the little package for me. Love nuts. When CVS has a special 20 or 40% coupon off I try to stock up on their walnuts that we use in our oatmeal.
