We used to stay in cheap hotels in Singapore. It's okay except that we have nothing for breakfast. It seems that Singapore wakes up at 8am so we have nothing to eat when we wake up at 6am. Our only recourse is to buy snack food in the nearest 7-11. With that experience, we have learned to improve our taste and get a booking in good hotels that serve free breakfast. Starting with our trip in 2014, we have been staying in nice hotels and enjoying the nice buffet breakfast. So far, the best breakfast we had was in Majestic Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. And the latest hotel breakfast was in our Hongkong trip last June when we stayed in Guangdong Hotel. But its breakfast is simple with just a few dishes unlike in Majestic Hotel where the dishes and drinks were countless literally.
