Today, May 29, is the 4th birthday of Pipoy, our hyperactive pug. He is confined in a cage for his own protection because when let loose, he would run around and wouldn't stop until he gasps for breath. In his days as a puppy, we thought he wouldn't grow up because of that hyperactive attitude. But now he is used to staying inside the cage and he is let loose in the yard several times a day for his exercise and other natural needs. As per our tradition, we celebrate our dog's birthday, be it grand or simple. With food for humans, there is also a cake and the usual singing of happy birthday. Take note, the cake has a candle to boot. And for the treat, we gave Pipoy some scraps of the fried pork leg that he loves dearly. Our 2 other dogs also partook of that treat. In the photo are the food that we ordered from a chicken house for our dinner... Here is a group picture of Pipoy with our 2 other dogs, both white. The bigger one is Tisoy and the small white in the middle is Barbie the pekingese. Also in photo are our 2 housemaids who take care of our dogs... And there is the cake with the lighted candle....
