has any one tried the birmingham heart diet?you eat certain foods for 3 days then eat certain foods for 4 days---they say you can loose 40 pounds a month
I have not. I'm limited what I can eat and don't want to actually lose weight. Here is a video if someone wants to check it out. It seems like people have had success with it for a number of years.
I have never heard of this, but after I looked it up, I think that I have seen similar diets, but with a different name. Here is more information , and this one seems to be a three-day diet, not a seven day one, although it says you can then eat normally for four days and then repeat, which would make it a seven day diet altogether. If there is another one, please give us more information, or maybe a link to the website, @Betty Jones .
