After I heard and read this info I stopped all lorazepam. I have never taken a benzo, but I used to take Benedryl fairly often. There are many newer antihistamines that don't affect the prostate as diphenhydramine does. We keep it around, as we have one grandson with fairly severe allergy issues, but I never take it and my wife seldom does but she reacts badly to mosquito bites and we have plenty of those (mosquitoes) here.
