Hey...I've lived in the Los Angeles area for 73 years and was disappointed when the Dodgers left Brooklyn to come to L.A. in 1958.

I thought they should stay in their Home Town!

So the Dodgers were "our home team" for the past 60 years, and I never did like them, and was always happy to see them lose.

I was disappointed when they beat the Brewers last night, and will now be playing in the World Series.

I can only hope that they'll be defeated by the Red Sox !

The Braves went from Boston to Milwaukee to Atlanta and, while I don't know about Boston, very few Milwaukee Braves fans are fans of the Atlanta Braves, and probably wouldn't have been even if they hadn't gotten the Brewers.

Sorry, Ken...but that post is somewhat confusing to me!

    A goes to B and then to C, but B fans don't like C...?

Excuse me while I take a nap...

First, there was the Boston Braves, then the Milwaukee Braves, and now the Atlanta Braves. I don't know whether the Boston Braves fans were upset when they left Boston because I wasn't near Boston and was only a year old when they came to Milwaukee, but I know that the Milwaukee Braves fans were pretty upset when they left for Atlanta. Lastly, the Brewers are in Milwaukee now.

Wife and I don't live in So California anymore, but I sure do remember the famous infield of the Dodgers...……..as in, Davy Lopes, Ron Cey, Steve Garvey and Bill Russell. All we can say is...….."GO BIG BLUE!!"
