Apricot Pork Chops

    I just made these except I used plum jam. They were pretty good.

    Wow, Sheldon, that recipe with plum jam looks delicious! I like Panko crumbs vs breadcrumbs because they're so crispy but there's one bread that has the BEST flavor that I would be tempted to use…."Nature's Own 12 Grain"….not 100%whole grain….not %100 whole wheat…not 9 grain…not any other brand names. It HAS to say only "12 GRAIN" and has to be by Nature's Own. It's hard to find but my Harris Teeter has it. Here's the website with pic:

    :oops:Pork chops are so delicious. This recipe you found seems so simple to make with just a few ingredients. I've always cooked my pork chops with plain salt and pepper no coating at all. I like the coating to make the chops moist. Chops are so reasonably priced. I don't have a food processor so I'll use panko. Thanks for the recipe.
