I read a great biography last year, the best I've read because the guy came from where I grew up (mostly) so I could relate to him and his surroundings. There was also Cockney speech galore and plenty of humour to tame the sad parts. Anyhoo, I decided a couple of weeks back to revisit the book and apart from a couple of memories its like I'd never read it ! Its even better second time around. Its great to sit there all relaxed and suddenly burst out laughing. When I've finished it, I'll again revisit the book in a years time Have you had this experience ......?
No, my problem is that I'll have forgotten what a book is about that I know I read so I'll start reading it again and it all comes back to me so I stop. Same with movies. Glad you have a book you enjoy so much @Patsy Faye

I know where my marbles are....they're in the closet of the bedroom my grandsons used when they visited me when younger...never threw them out. Figured I'd need them some day.
