The owners of a horse ranch, selling it, put this picture in a Real Estate Listing magazine. Yes, this is a real horse in the dining room!
Well, this one was along some others that were online yesterday and I showed my wife. Some of the other picture listings were pretty gross and some extremely funny. Gross meaning...….torn curtains, big hole in wall, etc.. One picture showed an electric stove and on one side was a washing machine and the other side of it was a dryer. Drugs, drinking or both?
When we bought our house, it was a 3-unit apartment building. One of the apartments had a toilet under the stairway, separated from the kitchen by a curtain. The shower was also in the kitchen. Needless to say, we decided we didn't need that toilet and the shower became a closet, and then I tore the closet down and just enlarged the room which, by then, was no longer a kitchen.
